Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bigtk ("bigtk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://bigtk.net. These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all features, products, and services available on the bigtk platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and any promotional offers.

By accessing the bigtk website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with bigtk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bigtk platform and, if applicable, close your account.

1.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling activities on bigtk complies with the laws and regulations of their country or territory of residence. bigtk does not warrant or represent that the use of this platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not use bigtk.

1.2 Language of Agreement

These Terms are published exclusively in English. English is the official and binding language of this agreement. bigtk may, at its discretion, provide translated summaries for informational purposes; however, in any case of conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail in all circumstances.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bigtk platform is strictly limited to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bigtk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to bigtk's satisfaction.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to hold a bigtk account and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• Be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• Hold a valid and active mobile banking account or bank account in your own name with one of the payment providers supported by bigtk (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, or Islami Bank).
• Not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period issued by bigtk or any affiliated platform.
• Not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or using the bigtk account.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

2.2 Age Verification Process

bigtk employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. Upon registration, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older. bigtk may at any point — including at the time of first withdrawal — require you to submit documentary evidence of your age, such as:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport showing date of birth
• Bangladesh driving licence (with photograph and date of birth)
• Birth certificate supported by a government-issued photo ID

Until age verification is completed to bigtk's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending and certain platform features may be restricted. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documents in connection with age verification is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

2.3 Parental Controls

If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing gambling websites, you are strongly encouraged to install parental control software on shared devices. bigtk supports the use of third-party parental control tools and encourages households to take proactive steps to prevent underage access to online gambling platforms of any kind.

Section 3

Account Registration and Obligations

To access the full range of bigtk services — including placing sports bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a bigtk account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. bigtk accounts are personal to the individual account holder and are non-transferable.

3.1 Registration Information

During the bigtk registration process, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• A valid, active mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older)
• A secure password of your own choosing
• Your preferred deposit and withdrawal payment method

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of the above details change. bigtk is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one bigtk account at any given time. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, or a different device — is strictly prohibited. Where bigtk identifies that a player holds duplicate accounts, the following actions may be taken:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and without prior notice.
• Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds claimed across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• The player's primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bigtk login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bigtk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your bigtk account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bigtk support at [email protected] immediately. bigtk is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3.4 Player Obligations

As a registered bigtk account holder, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

• Use the bigtk platform only for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• Not attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies on the platform.
• Not use any automated bot, script, software agent, or third-party tool to interact with the bigtk platform in a manner that is not part of normal individual player use.
• Not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over bigtk or other players.
• Not deposit funds that originate from illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Promptly comply with any KYC documentation request issued by bigtk's compliance team.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bigtk processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports a range of local payment methods designed to serve the needs of players across Bangladesh, from mobile banking users in Dhaka and Chittagong to bank transfer customers in Sylhet, Rajshahi, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bigtk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank

bigtk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Any changes to accepted payment methods will be communicated via the bigtk website. It is your responsibility to check the current list of accepted payment methods before initiating a transaction.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500 per transaction.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• bigtk does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your mobile banking operator or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Mobile banking deposits typically credit to your bigtk wallet within seconds of the transaction completing on the operator's network.
• Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within 1–6 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.
• Deposits made from a payment account not registered in your own name may be rejected and returned. bigtk does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (same-method withdrawal policy).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• bigtk does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard withdrawals. Operator or bank charges on the receiving end are not within bigtk's control.
• Before a withdrawal is approved, bigtk's payments team may carry out identity verification checks. You may be required to submit KYC documents if this has not been done previously or if the withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold determined by bigtk's compliance policy.
• Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1 business day of approval.
• bigtk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is any reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bigtk may freeze the account pending a full internal review.

4.4 Prohibited Transactions

The following transactions are strictly prohibited on the bigtk platform:

• Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a person other than the registered account holder.
• Deposits made with funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Any attempt to use the bigtk platform as a funds processing or currency exchange mechanism without genuine gambling activity.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated with a payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the relevant amount from any remaining balance.

Section 5

Betting and Casino Game Rules

bigtk offers a range of gambling products including sports betting (cricket, basketball, football, and other sports), live casino games, RNG slot games, and speciality game categories such as Dragon Gate. Each product category is governed by specific rules that supplement these Terms. Where a conflict exists between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, these general Terms shall prevail unless the product-specific rule explicitly states otherwise.

5.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• bigtk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered for that event), or on an event whose result was known to the player at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settled bets may be voided and stakes returned. bigtk's specific settlement rules for each sport and market type will be published on the relevant betting page.
• bigtk covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, ODI series, Test matches, NBA basketball, football (including Bangladesh Premier League, EPL, FIFA events), and other markets. Market availability is subject to change.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and may vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• bigtk reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet or accumulator to a cap determined by bigtk's risk management policy.

5.2 Live Casino and RNG Games

• Live casino games are hosted by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface.
• RNG slot games and other random-outcome games use certified random number generator software. bigtk does not modify or influence game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino or slot session, bigtk will use available server-side records to determine the outcome of the interrupted game round. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet for that round may be voided and the stake returned.
• bigtk is not liable for any losses arising from network connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages on the player's side during a game session.

5.3 Bet Settlement and Disputes

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIBA for basketball, FIFA for football). If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with bigtk support at [email protected] within 72 hours of the settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

bigtk runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonally themed promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all bigtk promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to registered bigtk account holders who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players based in Bangladesh only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account holder, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state that repeat claims are permitted.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and validity periods are specified in each promotion's individual terms. These will always be published in plain English on the promotion page before you opt in.
• bigtk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in and met the qualifying deposit condition, the bonus already credited to your account will remain subject to its original terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

bigtk employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a wagering requirement outcome, and using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus funds and any associated winnings voided, and the account may be closed without prior notice.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

bigtk is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. bigtk provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. Use of these tools is entirely voluntary, except in cases where bigtk is obligated by its own policies to impose limits on a player's account.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your bigtk account settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a set duration of continuous platform activity.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your bigtk account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the bigtk platform for a period of 3 months to 5 years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for its full duration and cannot be lifted by contacting support.

7.2 Problem Gambling

If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, work, or mental health, please stop using bigtk immediately and activate the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. Section 8

Account Closure and Suspension

Either the player or bigtk may initiate account closure. The process and consequences of closure differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (bigtk-initiated).

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your bigtk account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once closed, any pending bets will be settled normally and any resulting winnings will be included in the final balance returned to you.

8.2 bigtk-Initiated Closure or Suspension

bigtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity involving the account
• Underage gambling — account held by or used by a person under 18 years of age
• Bonus abuse or any attempt to exploit the platform's systems or promotional infrastructure
• Holding duplicate accounts in breach of the one-account-per-player rule
• Any conduct that bigtk reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

Where an account is closed by bigtk due to a material breach of these Terms, bigtk reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in the account, including deposits and winnings, pending investigation. Any withheld funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player following completion of the investigation.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or bigtk-initiated — your licence to use the bigtk platform terminates immediately. You will no longer be permitted to access your account, place bets, or use any feature of the platform. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including provisions relating to dispute resolution, intellectual property, and liability limitations) shall continue to apply after closure.
